Francesco Acerbi picked up a calf injury in the win over Roma last time out and is receiving treatment in the dressing room along with Juan Cuadrado (tendon) and Davide Frattesi (muscle). Apart from the trio, Inter should maintain the chunk of the team that did duty in their last outing.
As far as Salernitana are concerned, Federico Fazio, Norbert Gyomber and Triantafyllos Pasalidis will not be available this week due to injury. The trio will be joined on the sidelines by Domagoj Bradaric, who picked up his fifth yellow card of the season in the defeat to Empoli.
